The Summit Chase Cluster Board of Directors is proud to share that we have added Sherwin Williams colors to our Siding standard (1. Exterior Siding Paint Colors and Materials), which can be found on the Standards for Cluster Houses page, and in the Summit Chase Cluster Handbook (updated 2023). The colors were approved by the Reston Association DRB and can now be used by Summit Chase owners and residents.
