The ARC HOA Board meet on 12/29/2021 and discussed at length the physical feasibility, economic cost and the legality of various options of approval private and public EV charging stations.
The issue that was decided was that the board is not able to make a decision or approve Communal or Homeowner Electric Vehicle charging, at this time. While the board is sympathetic to this situation, we do not have enough information and have not received recommendations from our attorney to move forward with EV charging.
