The board has been working on updating the cluster bylaws and rules and regulations.
The Bylaws are the rules and regulations which manage the Association. In addition to the bylaws the board is working on updating the parking and trash regulations. Since these are rules that everyone in the cluster must adhere to the board wants to make sure that everyone has a chance to give us feedback. Any changes in these rules will not take effect until the board officially votes to approve the new documents.
