Wednesday, September 9
Pressure washing the yellow curbs with no disruption to parking
Thursday, September 10
Crack seal the road/asphalt with no disruption to parking.
Crews will be working in drive lanes. Please use caution while driving past the work crew. Crack seal may be driven over within a few minutes of placement.
Monday, September 14 (Blue section)
• Seal coat and painting work in the blue section (see map)
• Area will remain closed to traffic during this time
• Vehicles in this section must be removed by 7 am or they will be towed
(see map approx.: 1549-1605, 1476-1480, 1494-1510, and 1552-1560)
• Able to return to this section after noon on Tuesday, September 15
• Please follow posted signs
Wednesday, September 16 (Red section)
• Seal coat and painting work in the red section (see map)
• Area will remain closed to traffic during this time
• Vehicles in this section must be removed by 7 am or they will be towed
(see map approx.: 1481-1547,1482-1492, and 1520-1526)
• Able to return to this section after noon on Thursday, September 17
• Please follow posted signs
Things to Remember
Parking
All vehicles must be out of the affected parking areas by 7:00 AM on days when Sealcoat work is scheduled. Any vehicles not moved by 7:00 AM will be towed.
Vehicular Traffic
No traffic will be allowed on the parking lots and roadways during the time your section is closed for sealcoating. Please abide by all barricades and signs; they are for your safety!
Pedestrians/Pets
Please stay off the asphalt while the section is closed for seal coating. Walking through seal coat will result in tracking of the product onto concrete sidewalks and even into your homes. This is costly to clean and is not the responsibility of the vendor or the Summit Chase Cluster Association.
Weather
All dates are weather dependent. In the event of rain, we will be forced to cancel the project for that day and reschedule for another day.
The board realizes this work is disruptive and appreciates your cooperation during this time.
NOTE: Vehicles not removed by 7 am on the scheduled date will be towed.
